A TRIOXP Feiras e Eventos realizou, nos dias 14 e 15 de março de 2025, no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca, em São Paulo, as feiras NEW MEAT BRAZIL e PLANT-BASED TECH. Pela primeira vez, os dois eventos aconteceram simultaneamente, com o objetivo de fortalecer o Brasil como referência global no setor de proteínas alternativas e alimentação sustentável.
Com a participação de 35 expositores, 40 palestrantes e público oriundo de 15 estados brasileiros, os eventos reuniram 1.852 visitantes cadastrados, consolidando-se como plataforma relevante para geração de negócios e troca de conhecimento. No total, foram 65 contatos efetivados, com R$ 1,3 milhão em expectativa de negócios e 67% das empresas participantes relatando ter alcançado suas metas comerciais durante os dois dias de evento. Além disso, 76% avaliaram a dinâmica como “ótima” e 100% manifestaram intenção de retornar em 2026.
A NEW MEAT BRAZIL, com curadoria do The Good Food Institute, concentrou-se na indústria de carnes cultivadas e proteínas alternativas. Os temas abordados incluíram regulamentação, inovação em biotecnologia, fermentação de precisão e viabilidade econômica.
Já a PLANT-BASED TECH, com curadoria da Sociedade Vegetariana Brasileira, apresentou tendências, ingredientes, soluções tecnológicas e produtos finais do ecossistema plant-based. Entre as atrações, destacaram-se o Prêmio Beba Plant-Based, o Cooking Show com chefs convidados e a Rodada de Negócios voltada à conexão entre startups, investidores e grandes empresas.
O The Good Food Institute participou ativamente com conteúdos técnicos sobre os desafios de produção, a regulamentação do setor, e os avanços em processos e biotecnologia aplicados às proteínas alternativas. A presença da organização reforçou o papel da ciência e da inovação como motores para a transformação do sistema alimentar global.
A edição também marcou a estreia da parceria com a APAS SHOW (Associação Paulista de Supermercados), estabelecendo um elo entre o setor supermercadista e as inovações em proteínas alternativas. A colaboração buscou ampliar o acesso a alimentos sustentáveis nas gôndolas brasileiras e fomentar oportunidades de negócios no setor varejista.
A estrutura dos expositores foi dividida entre empresas de tecnologia e produção — incluindo fornecedores de equipamentos, ingredientes, processos, embalagens e biotecnologia — e marcas focadas em lançamentos de alimentos e bebidas plant-based, cosméticos e produtos de limpeza.
O público visitante incluiu empresários de foodtechs e startups, profissionais da indústria de alimentos e bebidas, pesquisadores, nutricionistas, supermercadistas, investidores e estudantes, refletindo o caráter técnico e estratégico da feira.
